• 2007 Wuxi Nicle Ultrasonic Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded, specializing in the research and production of ultrasonic plastic welding equipment.
• 2008 Entered a technical collaboration with the China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC) 726 Research Institute for mutual expertise exchange.
• 2009 Became a pioneer in applying ultrasonic welding technology to energy sector applications, including batteries and solar energy systems.
• 2010 Formed a strategic partnership with SONOBOND (USA) to introduce their patented lithium battery metal welding technology to China. (Notably, SONOBOND holds the world’s first ultrasonic welding patent from 1960.)
• 2011 Expanded into northern China by establishing a Beijing branch.
• 2012 Opened a Changchun branch to serve customers across northeastern China.
• 2013 Founded Wuxi Dezong Ultrasonic Technology Co., Ltd. and joined an international technology incubator to accelerate innovation and academic collaboration.
