The circuit automatically adjusts to the transducer frequency in real-time, ensuring that the signal frequency stays consistent with the transducer's resonant frequency for long-term use. Intelligent frequency control removes the need for manual frequency adjustment, streamlining the process.
The welding amplitude can be adjusted from 10% to 100% (with 1% accuracy), and amplitude compensation is also available.
The entire body is manufactured using CNC processing and heavy pressure casting technology, resulting in a sturdy steel frame and a more precise appearance.
Horizontal four-point power adjustment makes workpiece calibration easier. Welding lifting and mold adjustment can be done using the handwheel and rack.
